Alison Hawley, from Evanston, Illinois is an Assistant Superintendent of Instruction and a dedicated advocate for education with a life-long commitment to public service. In her role as an educator, Alison champions creative and innovative teaching methods, emphasizing student agency, independence, and voice. She believes in empowering youth to become engaged and autonomous citizens as they transition into adulthood.
Alison has also been involved with supporting her local community through the ETHS Foundation and Evanston Scholars. Both organizations support educational equity and innovation for Evanston High School students.
